West Guwahati Police Rescue Kidnapping Victim, Arrest Suspect

In a swift operation, Gorchuk Police Station of the West Guwahati Police District successfully resolved the kidnapping of Md. Habibur Rahman (31) of Barpeta. Rahman was abducted by Md. Imran Khan. The breakthrough occurred when Rabiul Islam (24), also from Barpeta, was apprehended at the ISBT while attempting to collect ransom money. The police recovered a vehicle (AS 01 EL 0131) and safely rescued the victim.
