Woman Critically Injured After Fall from Building in Guwahati

A 33-year-old woman, Prema Thomu, was critically injured after allegedly jumping from a six-storey building in Guwahati’s Kalapahar area on Wednesday. The incident occurred at Puhor Guest House, where she was attending to her husband’s medical needs. Locals rushed her to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital for treatment. Police are investigating the circumstances of the fall, which may have been a suicide attempt.
