ZORO to Stage Protests in Mizoram Against New Border Rules

The Zo Re-Unification Organization (ZORO) will protest across Mizoram on January 29 against the abolition of the Free Movement Regime (FMR) and the introduction of a new border pass system along the Indo-Myanmar border. The protests, led by President R. Sangkawia, include burning government notifications and urging the central government to revoke the new system. ZORO also condemned the deportation of Bangladeshi refugees and plans to collaborate with Mizo Zirlai Pawl (MZP) to address these issues.
