Spectacular IAF Air Show Dazzles Guwahati Skies over Brahmaputra

The Indian Air Force staged a grand air show at Lachit Ghat, Guwahati, marking its 93rd anniversary. Over 75 aircraft, including Rafale, Tejas, and Sukhoi-30, performed breathtaking formations like “Lachit” and “Kaziranga.” The Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team wowed spectators with tricolour smoke displays and heart-shaped manoeuvres. Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma and Governor Lakshman Acharya attended the event, the first of its kind in Northeast India. The show ended with a tribute performance by the Air Warrior Drill Team and a musical homage to Zubeen Garg.
