APCC Forms Legal Committee to Monitor Zubeen Garg Death Case

APCC president Gaurav Gogoi has constituted a high-level legal committee to monitor the investigation and court proceedings in the Zubeen Garg death case. The panel includes senior advocates Hafiz Rashid Ahmed Choudhury and Ram Prasad Sarmah, along with advocates Dilip Choudhury, Hamidur Rahman, Hemanta Kalita and Rubi Gogoi.

Party sources said the move reflects the APCC’s commitment to transparency and justice. The committee will regularly review developments in the case and update the party leadership.
