Congress Leader Raises Concerns Over NRC Assam Portal Issues

Debabrata Saikia has alleged that the NRC Assam website and helpline services are largely non-functional, causing difficulties for citizens trying to access NRC-related information.

Saikia claimed the official portal failed to provide ARN details, while helpline numbers either went unanswered or connected callers to the wrong service. He urged the Assam government to immediately restore the NRC digital infrastructure and support system.
