10 Drug Traffickers Arrested in Major Dibrugarh Crackdown

Dibrugarh: Police arrested 10 suspected drug traffickers during a major anti-narcotics operation at Harijan Colony near Dibrugarh Town railway station. Officers seized 79.55 grams of suspected heroin, Rs 4.92 lakh in cash, 300 syringes, four vehicles, mobile phones, and gold ornaments believed to be linked to drug trafficking.

Police said the operation targeted an organised drug syndicate operating from abandoned railway quarters. Investigations are ongoing, with more arrests and seizures expected. The alleged kingpin remains absconding.
