Man Dies in Road Accident While Carrying Mother’s Body in Azara

Azara: A man was killed on Saturday after a speeding truck allegedly hit him while he was carrying his mother’s body to a cremation ground in Hatkhowa, Azara.

The deceased, Parag Das, an official of the Bijoynagar Sub-Post Office, died on the spot while crossing National Highway 17, just before performing his mother’s last rites.
