NFR Intensifies Restoration Work on Flood-Damaged Railway Tracks

Assam: The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has stepped up restoration work on flood-damaged railway sections in Assam to restore train services at the earliest. Over 700 workers along with heavy machinery have been deployed across affected areas in the Tinsukia Division. Track strengthening, embankment repairs and protection works are underway at several locations, with senior railway officials closely monitoring the operations.
