Hiteswar Saikia Foundation Extends Flood Relief in Nazira

Nazira: The Hiteswar Saikia Foundation has distributed essential relief materials among flood-affected families in Borbarua Panchayat amid the post-flood crisis.

Former Nazira MLA Debabrata Saikia, Bandana Saikia and Foundation president Dr Hemaprabha Saikia were involved in the initiative. Relief items included folding beds, mattresses, pillows, bedsheets and cooking utensils, with priority given to vulnerable families, including senior citizens, children and those in poor health.
