NQAS Assessment Conducted at Kamarkuchi Health Facility

Guwahati: An external assessment under the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) was conducted at Kamarkuchi Ayushman Arogya Mandir under Sonapur BPHC to assess and improve healthcare quality. Dimoria MLA Dr Tapan Das attended the inaugural programme.

Kamrup Metro has secured NQAS certification for eight health facilities, while 69 facilities have qualified under Kayakalp for cleanliness, hygiene and infection control. Officials said the initiatives are helping strengthen safe, clean and patient-centric healthcare services.
