ARPA Seeks Probe into Alleged Irregularities in Assam Pharmacist Registrations

Guwahati: The Association of Registered Pharmacists Assam (ARPA) has sought a detailed investigation into alleged irregularities involving educational and training documents used for pharmacist registration in Assam. The association said it has submitted documents to authorities concerning Kamal Hasan and called for verification of his qualifications and professional records.

ARPA has also urged authorities to examine whether intermediaries or others were involved in any wider registration network and to review registrations processed during relevant periods. The association further called for direct verification of pharmacy qualifications and internship certificates with the issuing institutions, while stressing that allegations against officials or individuals should not be treated as proof of guilt until established through investigation.
