A car rams a scooter in Raha, killing one

On Saturday night, a car with registration number AS 02 AK 5290 collided with a scooter registered AS 02 AH 6687, killing the rider and seriously injuring the other. The incident happened on the Guwahati-Nagaon four-lane highway close to Raha Chariali.

The police have identified Md. Izaz as the deceased person and Md. Arif, his employee, as the other victim. The deceased lived in a rented home in Raha and was originally from Bihar.
