AAP Assam alleges Rs 364 crore scam in implementing smart city projects, demands inquiry

State joint coordinator of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Assam, Jitul Deka, while addressing a press conference here, said the state government claims that over Rs 364 crore have been spent for of various smart city projects from 2016 to date, which is not true.
