Abhinandan Theatre Producer Arrested for Alleged Non-payment of Dues to Artists

The producer of the mobile theatre group, Abhinandan Theatre, Jyotipad Talukdar, was apprehended by Bajali Police on Tuesday evening following accusations of failing to pay the dues owed to several artists associated with the theatre. The allegations also include non-refund of advance payments received from organizing committees across various parts of the state. Jyotipad is currently in custody at Pathsala Police Station after complaints were filed against him.
