APSC Announces Dates for 2023 Combined Competitive (Main) Examination

The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has announced that the Combined Competitive (Main) Examination 2023 will take place on July 26, 27, and 28, 2024. The list of eligible candidates with Roll Numbers will be available on the APSC website by July 3, 2024. Candidates can download their e-Admission Certificates from July 5, 2024, as these will not be sent by mail.

Eligibility for the Main Examination requires passing the Preliminary Exam, holding a degree from a recognized university, proficiency in Assamese or another official language of Assam, and registration with a District Employment Office in Assam. The Main Examination includes six papers totaling 1500 marks, featuring both descriptive and objective questions.

Following the Preliminary Exam results announced on May 9, 2024, successful candidates are advancing to the Main Exam, bringing them closer to potential roles in Assam’s public sector. For further details and to download e-Admission Certificates, candidates should visit the APSC website regularly.
