Assam CM Seeks Global Investment for Advantage Assam 2.0

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma engaged foreign investors at an Ambassadors’ Roundtable in Delhi to promote “Advantage Assam 2.0: The Investment and Infrastructure Summit” set for February 2025.

High Commissioners and Ambassadors from 36 countries attended, with Singapore announced as the summit’s first partner country. The European Union also pledged active support for Assam’s development.

The six-day roadshow, which began in Mumbai, aims to attract global industries and investors to the February 25-26 summit. Delegations plan to visit partner nations to strengthen ties and encourage participation.
