Assam HSLC Results to Be Declared on April 10, Confirms Minister

Assam Education Minister Ranoj Pegu announced that the HSLC 2026 results will be declared on April 10, a day after polling, to avoid overlap with election activities.

The results will bring clarity to over 4.38 lakh students—the highest ever recorded by the Assam State School Education Board.

Controller of Examinations Nayan Jyoti Sarma stated that nearly 95% of evaluation had been completed efficiently despite the large scale, with 45 evaluation centres working on a fast-track schedule.

The HSLC exams were conducted from February 10 to 27 across 1,046 centres statewide.
