Bodoland University Launches Legal Aid Clinic for Student and Staff Welfare

Bodoland University inaugurated its first Legal Aid Clinic on Monday, aiming to provide legal assistance to students and staff. Chief Judicial Magistrate Nabajit Bhatta attended the event alongside university officials. The clinic’s purpose is to offer legal aid to address various issues faced by teaching and non-teaching staff. Bhatta emphasized the importance of legal services for student and employee welfare, while Registrar Dr. Subung Basumatary expressed optimism about the clinic’s benefits. The initiative aims to provide legal advice and support to the university community whenever needed.
