Cachar Police Seize Drugs Worth Rs. 110 Crores in Major Bust

In a significant operation aimed at combating drug trafficking, Cachar Police seized narcotics worth Rs. 110 crores in Dholai’s Loknathpur area. The haul included 12 kg of Heroin and Brown Sugar concealed in leather bags and soap cases, suspected to have been transported from a neighboring state. One individual has been apprehended in connection with the seizure. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma commended the operation, emphasizing the ongoing efforts to curb drug-related crimes in the region.
