Centre stands with Manipur, says Shah

After seeing the destruction for himself and hearing the plight of the affected population first hand in violence-hit Manipur in the past three days, Union home minister Amit Shah on Thursday said the Narendra Modi government “stands shoulder to shoulder with the people of Manipur”.

He added that all efforts are being made to take care of relief and rehabilitation, online education, examination and distance learning for the students.
