Crime Branch in Guwahati detains six more persons for land fraud

The investigation into the land fraud case is still ongoing by the Crime Branch. As part of the ongoing investigation, the Crime Branch held six individuals for questioning on Tuesday.

The following people are named: Pankaj Das (36), a home guard in the Sub-Registrar Office, Hengrabari; Nayan Kalita (39) an office peon in the Sub-Registrar Office, Hengrabari; Niranjan Kalita (48) an office peon in the Sub-Registrar Office, Kamrup (M); Sadoy Kr Deka (39) extra writer in the Sub-Registrar Office, Hengrabari; Debasish Baruah (37) extra writer in the Sub-Registrar Office, Kamrup (M).
