Five Injured in Ambulance-Bolero Collision in Tinsukia

Tinsukia: Five tea garden workers were injured, two of them critically, after an ambulance carrying patients from Khowang Tea Estate collided head-on with a speeding Mahindra Bolero at Samdang Bypass on Friday.

The injured have been identified as Dhaneshwar Nayak, Binod Prasad, Sunil Nayak, Somari Nayak and Babul Kisan. Police arrested the Bolero driver and launched an investigation. The incident has sparked public concern over reckless driving and road safety on the bypass.
