GMC Conducts Eviction Drive in Bhangagarh

Guwahati Municipal Corporation carried out an eviction drive in Bhangagarh to remove encroachments blocking roads and footpaths.

Officials said the drive aimed to improve traffic flow and ensure safer movement for pedestrians in the congested area. Several roadside encroachments were cleared during the operation.

The GMC stated that similar anti-encroachment drives may continue in other parts of the city to reduce traffic congestion and improve civic management.
