GMC Urges Property Owners to Clear Pending Taxes

The Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) has directed property owners with 7-8 years of pending taxes or dues over ₹1 lakh to pay at least 50% by March 30, 2025.

The remaining amount must be settled by June 30, 2025, but will incur a penalty. GMC warns of legal action for non-compliance and urges timely payments to avoid additional financial burdens.
