In 12 districts of Assam, the first Gunotsav phase commences

Gunotsav’s fifth round got underway on Wednesday. It will take place over the course of three phases, ending on February 8. Twelve districts started the first phase of the self-evaluation process. January 4, 5, and 6 are the scheduled dates for the external evaluation.

Dr. Om Prakash, the Mission Director of Samagra Shiksha, Asom (SSA), released a notification about the preparations for evaluators. The district mission and programme coordinators were given specific instructions by the mission director, such as the following: i) not to host any celebrations for external evaluators on Gunotsav 2024; ii) to provide basic vegetarian food for external evaluators on the day of external evaluation. Throughout the state, 18,098 external evaluators have been assigned to this year’s Gunotsav.
