In Guwahati, a Special Task Force apprehends two female heroin peddlers

Based on information, the Special Task Force (STF) conducted a raid near the Khanapara bus stop under the jurisdiction of the Dispur Police Station and apprehended two habitual female drug peddlers.

The team found 43 vials of suspected heroin weighing 54.5 grammes, Rs. 5,680 in cash, and one mobile phone. Sunita Basumatary alias Angel (19) of Basistha Police Station and Pranita Das (45), who is originally from Patbaochi but now lives in Deba Nagar near Khanapara of Dispur Police Station, have been apprehended.
