Intoxicated Woman Arrested After Hit-and-Run in Dibrugarh

A young woman driving an I-20 vehicle hit three blacksmiths near a flyover in Dibrugarh on Sunday evening, leaving one critically injured. The woman, reportedly intoxicated, fled after causing an earlier accident on PN Road. Locals detained her and handed her over to the police, who found alcohol and drug-like substances in the vehicle. The woman was arrested along with her brother, and a case has been registered.
