Man Kills and Dismembers Domestic Help in Assam Over Black Magic Suspicions

In a shocking incident in Assam’s Sivasagar district, a man named Gauranga Gogoi killed his family’s 60-year-old domestic help, dismembered the body, and disposed of the parts in the Dikhow River. Gogoi committed the crime when no one else was at home and was later arrested by the police. He confessed to killing the servant due to suspicions that the victim was practicing black magic against his family. State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) personnel are currently attempting to recover the severed body parts from the river.
