Mizoram CSS Employees Launch 3-Day Strike Demanding Job Regularization

Over 15,000 Mizoram employees under Centrally Sponsored Schemes began a three-day strike demanding job regularization. The AMCECC accused the government of delaying implementation of a 2023 regularization scheme. Protesters also opposed the “No Work, No Pay” rule and outdated conduct policies. The state government said only transparently recruited employees would be considered for regular posts.
