N.F. Railway Introduces Summer Special Trains Between Katihar and Anand Vihar Terminal

N.F. Railway has announced the operation of summer special trains between Katihar and Anand Vihar Terminal for passenger convenience during the summer rush. The special train numbered 05721/05722 will run for ten trips each in both directions, offering a comfortable travel option for waitlisted passengers on this route.

Starting from April 24 to June 26, 2024, train no. 05721 (Katihar-Anand Vihar Terminal) will depart from Katihar at 17:25 hours every Wednesday, reaching Anand Vihar Terminal at 18:50 hours on Thursday. In the return journey, train no. 05722 (Anand Vihar Terminal – Katihar) will depart from Anand Vihar Terminal at 23:25 hours every Thursday from April 25th to June 27th, 2024, arriving at Katihar at 01:30 hours on Saturday.

The special trains will include AC 3-tier, sleeper class, and general seating coaches. The route will cover stops at Naugachia, Barauni Jn, Chhapra, Gorakhpur Jn, Gonda Jn, Chandausi Jn, Hapur Jn, among others. Passengers can book tickets for these special trains, and details of stops and timings are available on the IRCTC website and through N.F. Railway’s social media platforms.
