PM Modi’s Assam Visit: Inauguration of Key Projects and Unveiling Monumental Statues

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a two-day visit to Assam on February 3, during which he will inaugurate several projects aimed at enhancing the state’s infrastructure and promoting growth.

On the first day of the visit, PM Modi will be in Jorhat, where he is scheduled to unveil the impressive 125-foot statue of Lachit Barphukan, a significant historical figure.

The following day, February 4, will witness a special public meeting at Khanapara, where the Prime Minister will inaugurate various state government projects. Additionally, PM Modi will inaugurate the corridor of the Kamakhya Temple and a park constructed in memory of the Battle of Alaboi, further contributing to the region’s cultural and historical landscape.
