Priyanka Gandhi Vadra Galvanizes Congress Campaign in Jorhat for Gaurav Gogoi

In the run-up to the first phase of Lok Sabha elections, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, the General Secretary of the All India Congress Committee, landed in Jorhat, Assam, to bolster the campaign for Lok Sabha candidate Gaurav Gogoi in Titabor on Tuesday. Despite adverse weather, a massive turnout of Congress supporters flooded the streets, resonating with chants of ‘Congress Zindabad’, ‘Gaurav Gogoi Zindabad’, ‘Priyanka Gandhi Zindabad’, and ‘Rahul Gandhi Zindabad’. Addressing the enthusiastic crowd, Priyanka Gandhi emphasized the imperative of ousting the Bharatiya Janata Party from power to safeguard the nation’s Constitution. She warned that if the BJP were to return to power, they might jeopardize future elections by altering the Constitution, a document crafted through the sacrifices of the country’s martyrs.
