Severed Human Leg Found Amid Waterlogging in Guwahati

A severed human leg was found floating in rainwater in the Bamunimaidam area of Guwahati on Wednesday morning following heavy rainfall and severe waterlogging.

Police reached the spot after locals alerted authorities and launched an investigation to determine the origin of the body part and whether it is linked to any criminal activity.

The discovery created concern among residents as several parts of the city remained flooded during peak office hours.
