SSA Partners with World Bank to Enhance School Education in Assam

Samagra Shiksha, Assam (SSA) has partnered with the World Bank for the “Supporting School Education in Assam” project. A three-day meeting from July 23-25, 2024, chaired by the Mission Director, focused on implementing National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 reforms. Discussions included early childhood care, learning outcomes, teacher development, adolescent well-being, data management, and governance. The project aims to transform government schools, improve learning environments, and foster professional growth for teachers. Expected outcomes include improved school readiness, enhanced learning outcomes, and increased community involvement.
