Supreme Court Bars Serving Notices via WhatsApp, Mandates Prescribed Modes
The Supreme Court ruled that notices under Section 41-A of CrPC or Section 35 of BNSS cannot be served via WhatsApp or other electronic modes. Notices must follow prescribed modes under CrPC or BNSS laws.
