The 57 km Pailapool–Mahur link road’s road alignment has been finalised

The newly proposed “link road,” which would connect Mahur in Dima Hasao district with Pailapool in Cachar district, has been finalised by the Cachar District Administration in collaboration with legislators from the Lakhipur and Udharbondh constituencies.

The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL) held a meeting on Tuesday in the Cachar District Commissioner’s conference hall to finalise the road alignment for a 57-kilometer link road. District Commissioner Rohan Kumar Jha, Lakhipur MLA Kaushik Rai, and Udharbondh MLA Mihir Kanti Shome were also present.
