Tragic Collision Claims Youth’s Life in Guwahati – Second Fatal Dumper Truck Incident in a Week

In a tragic incident in Guwahati’s Tetelia area, a youth, identified as Himang Kashyap (24), lost his life, and another was seriously injured after a speeding dumper truck collided with their scooter from behind. The accident occurred in front of the Radisson Blu Hotel. The deceased’s body was taken to Gauhati Medical College Hospital (GMCH) for post-mortem, and the injured rider received medical attention. This marks the second fatal incident involving a dumper truck in a week, as just two days prior, a similar mishap occurred in Beltola, where a GMC dumper collided with a car, resulting in the death of one person identified as Nipendra Nath, a retired individual.
