Train Track Restored After Derailment: Normalcy Returns to Jatinga Lampur-New Harangajao Route

Following the derailment of a goods train engine between Jatinga Lampur and New Harangajao stations, train services were disrupted, leading to the cancellation of several trains, including the Trivandrum-Silchar Express and Silchar-Guwahati Express. Despite heavy rainfall, senior officials and a team of 300 laborers swiftly worked to restore the track. Normalcy returned with the reopening of the section, marked by the passage of the Anand Vihar-Agartala Tejas Rajdhani train. Passengers were provided free buses and amenities for their convenience.
