Yogi Adityanath Targets Congress-AIUDF Alliance in Assam Campaign

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday accused the Indian National Congress and All India United Democratic Front of working together in ways that threaten Assam’s culture and heritage.

Addressing a rally in Barpeta, he alleged that Congress had encouraged infiltration, violence, and unrest during its long rule, putting the state’s identity at risk.

Adityanath said only the BJP-led NDA can stop infiltration and prevent demographic changes, promising strict action against illegal entrants.

Highlighting development, he urged voters to support the NDA, claiming Assam has seen major progress in the last decade.

The BJP has intensified its campaign with senior leaders, including Narendra Modi and Amit Shah, holding rallies across key constituencies ahead of the Assembly elections.
