Youth arrested for threatening state cabinet minister Atul Bora with death

A young man in his early thirties was arrested in Sivasagar for threatening state cabinet minister Atul Bora with death.

DGP GP Singh confirm the news through a post in X as “Sri Nip Pratim Baruah (age-31yrs.), S/O- Sri Haren Baruah, Vill.- Bamun Moran Gaon, PS- Gaurisagar, Dist.- Sivasagar has been picked up for the Facebook post threatening the Hon Minister. The detention is based on substantial evidence.”
