3 Held and Heroin Worth Rs 3.26 Crore Seized in Aizawl

The Aizawl Battalion of 23 Sector Assam Rifles recovered 653 grams of Heroin Grade No IV worth Rs 3.26 crore from the General Area Selesih in Mizoram’s capital on Friday. Three people were apprehended out of which one is a Myanmar national. They were handed over to Excise & Narcotics Department, Aizawl on Friday for further legal action and investigation.

The price of the recovered heroin is estimated to be Rs 3.26 crore, based on international prices.
