The Assam government will receive 492.72MW of power from NUPPL.

The Neyveli Uttar Pradesh Power Ltd (NUPPL) and the Assam government on Tuesday signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) to ensure 492 megawatts (MW) power supply to Assam from Ghatampur Thermal Power Plant.

The PPA was signed and exchanged between NUPPL CEO C S Santhosh and Chandan Deka, chief general manager/commercial & EE, APDCL at Bijulee Bhawan in Guwahati.
