RPF Arrests Four for Stealing Railway Materials Near Lahowal

The Railway Protection Force (RPF) arrested four individuals near Lahowal’s Teliapatty area for stealing railway materials, including Overhead Equipment (OHE) wire. An auto rickshaw (AS-06CC-4091) was seized along with 39 pandrol clips, four fish plates, iron angles, and OHE wires valued at approximately Rs 20,812. A case has been registered at the RPF post in Dibrugarh. The accused, Babul Ali and Jintu Kalita, admitted to cutting the OHE wire during interrogation and were presented in court.
