Dimasa Student Unions Issue Final Ultimatum to DIET Kalachand

The Dimasa Students’ Union (DSU) and All Dimasa Students’ Union (ADSU) have issued a final ultimatum to DIET Kalachand, demanding 100% reservation of D El Ed and B Ed seats for local indigenous students of Dima Hasao. Despite four rounds of talks with authorities, no assurance has been given. The unions staged a protest and warned of indefinite agitation if their demand is not met, stressing the move is to safeguard indigenous educational rights.
