Security Forces Destroy Six Illegal Bunkers in Manipur’s Kangpokpi

Security forces demolished six illegal bunkers in Kangpokpi district of Manipur during an operation under Saikul police station limits. The bunkers were located in Tingpibung village, Lungter Hill, and Leplen village. Police also recovered 12 empty 7.62 mm ammunition cases from the sites.

In a separate operation near the Indo-Myanmar border in Tengnoupal district, security forces recovered an AK-47 rifle, a carbine, radio sets, and four IEDs, which were destroyed on the spot.
