Amit Shah to Chair NCORD Meeting, Inaugurate NCB Zonal Office in Guwahati

New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will chair the 10th apex-level NCORD meeting on June 26 to review India’s anti-drug strategy and unveil the Narcotics Control Vision Document 2026–2029. He will also release the NCB Annual Report 2025 and inaugurate newly constructed Narcotics Control Bureau zonal offices in Jammu and Guwahati.

The meeting will focus on tackling synthetic drugs, darknet-enabled trafficking, rehabilitation, and strengthening the government’s zero-tolerance policy against drug trafficking through coordinated action by central and state agencies.
