APDCL’s 24×7 Customer Care Centre Supports 68 Lakh Power Consumers Across Assam

Guwahati: The Centralized Customer Care Centre (CCC) of Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) is providing 24×7 assistance to nearly 68 lakh electricity consumers across the state. Through the toll-free number 1912, IVRS, the myBijulee app, and the APDCL website, the centre handles consumer complaints and queries round the clock. Despite having only 240 agents and limited operational capacity per shift, the CCC manages a high volume of customer interactions efficiently every day.
