Assam to Set Up FIFA World Cup 2026 Fan Parks in Guwahati and Dibrugarh

Guwahati: The Assam government will launch CM FIFA Fan Parks in Guwahati and Dibrugarh to let football fans watch FIFA World Cup 2026 matches live on giant screens. The first fan park will open at Latasil Playground in Guwahati on 29 June, followed by Chowkidingee Field in Dibrugarh on 30 June.

Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said the initiative by the Assam Tourism Development Corporation aims to create a vibrant, stadium-like atmosphere where football lovers can gather and cheer for their favourite teams throughout the tournament.
