Gaurav Gogoi Demands Immediate Cut in Petrol and Diesel Prices

Guwahati, Assam: Assam Congress president Gaurav Gogoi has urged state-run oil companies to immediately reduce petrol and diesel prices, citing the decline in international crude oil prices following easing tensions in West Asia. He questioned why fuel prices remain unchanged despite recent cuts in ATF and commercial LPG prices, and accused oil marketing companies of benefiting at the expense of consumers.
